Descrição
Unlike standard circular saw blades, panel sizing saw blades are specifically designed for industrial applications such as furniture manufacturing. These tasks require high-efficiency and precision cutting of large volumes of wood-based panels, such as plywood, MDF, or particle board. Typically, panel sizing blades feature larger diameters—commonly 350mm, 400mm, or 450mm—and are equipped with a high tooth count (often between 60 and 100) using closely spaced tungsten carbide teeth. This design ensures clean, accurate cuts through demanding panel materials.
Explanation of Tooth Forms:
- F=Flat tooth
- T=Triple Chip Grind
- L=Teeth with left-hand bevels
- R=Teeth with right-hand bevels
- H=Hollow tooth
- FC = Flat teeth with tapered sides
- TF= trapezoidal/flat teeth
- W(ATB)=Alternate top bevel tooth
- WF= flat/alternate offset tooth
- FAS=flat teeth with alternating, chamfered teeth
- WC=Conical Tooth
- RRRL=Modified ATB with 3 right-hand bevels and 1 left-hand bevel
- LLLR=Modified ATB with 3 left-hand bevels and 1 right-hand bevel
- RLRLF= Hybrid ATB + Flat tooth combination
