Description
Circular Saw Blade for Radial Arm Saw is a disc shaped cutting tool designed specifically for Radial Arm Saw (RAS), features include:
Construction: Consists of a steel disk (base) and saw teeth on the edge, which can be made of PCD or carbide.
Adaptability: Designed according to the cantilevered structure of the radial arm saw, it supports multi-angle and multi-direction cutting (e.g. cross-cutting, beveling, grooving, etc.).
Explanation of Tooth Forms:
- F=Flat tooth
- T=Triple Chip Grind
- L=Teeth with left-hand bevels
- R=Teeth with right-hand bevels
- H=Hollow tooth
- FC = Flat teeth with tapered sides
- TF= trapezoidal/flat teeth
- W(ATB)=Alternate top bevel tooth
- WF= flat/alternate offset tooth
- FAS=flat teeth with alternating, chamfered teeth
- WC=Conical Tooth
- RRRL=Modified ATB with 3 right-hand bevels and 1 left-hand bevel
- LLLR=Modified ATB with 3 left-hand bevels and 1 right-hand bevel
- RLRLF= Hybrid ATB + Flat tooth combination
