Description
Circular Saw Blades for Plastic are rotary cutting tools specifically designed for efficient and precise cutting of various plastic materials. These blades feature optimized tooth geometry, carefully selected materials, and specialized surface treatments to accommodate the unique physical properties of plastics—such as low melting points, brittleness, and elasticity.
To prevent issues like melting, burrs, or cracking during cutting, these blades are engineered differently from those used for metal or wood. Greater emphasis is placed on heat dissipation, anti-adhesion performance, and delivering clean, smooth cut surfaces.
Usage Tips
Speed Control: Plastics have low melting points. It is recommended to keep the blade speed at or below 4000 RPM, combined with a slow feed rate.
Cooling Assistance: When cutting acrylic, compressed air can be used for cooling to avoid fogging or water stains that may affect transparency.
Safety Protection: Wear an anti-fog face shield (to protect from plastic dust) and ear protection (to reduce noise), and ensure the workpiece is securely clamped in place.

- FC = Flat teeth with tapered sides
- TF= trapezoidal/flat teeth
- W(ATB)=Alternate top bevel tooth
- WF= flat/alternate offset tooth
- FAS=flat teeth with alternating, chamfered teeth
- WC=Conical Tooth
- RRRL=Modified ATB with 3 right-hand bevels and 1 left-hand bevel
- LLLR=Modified ATB with 3 left-hand bevels and 1 right-hand bevel
- RLRLF= Hybrid ATB + Flat tooth combination
