PCD Solid-Nib (Full-Nib) Drills

A PCD Solid Nib Drill, also known as a PCD Full Nib Drill, is a high-end precision drilling tool in which the entire cutting tip is made of polycrystalline diamond (PCD). The drill is typically built on a carbide body, with the cutting tip manufactured as a solid PCD structure or formed by high-pressure sintering, rather than using brazed PCD Tips.

This design results in a dense structure and excellent rigidity, enabling minimum diameters down to 0.1 mm (PCD micro drills) for ultra-precision machining.
