Micron-Level Diameter Adjustment:

Universal ISO Compatibility
Designed with a standard screw-lock mechanism, this boring bar is compatible with a wide range of standard ISO inserts (e.g., CCMT, DCMT, VCMT). This versatility allows you to machine Steel, Stainless Steel, or Aluminum simply by swapping the insert type.
High-Rigidity Anti-Vibration Structure
Constructed from premium heat-treated alloy steel, the shank offers exceptional rigidity. It effectively suppresses vibration (chatter) during internal turning, ensuring stable machining and superior surface finishes even in deep-bore applications.
Optimized Chip Evacuation & Coolant
Engineered with an internal coolant through-hole design (optional/standard depending on model), it directs fluid precisely to the cutting edge. This improves chip evacuation from the bore, preventing chip jamming and significantly extending tool life.
