Please read this Security Notice carefully to help protect yourself against impersonation, payment fraud and the loss of confidential information.

Check the full sender and reply-to addresses. A company name, logo or email signature alone does not verify authenticity.
2. Orders & Payment Verification
Before transferring funds, check the quotation or order number, invoice, beneficiary name and bank details against the documents confirmed by our team. The beneficiary must match our confirmed company name, including for payment arrangements involving a Hong Kong affiliated company. Verify these arrangements through our official business channels; an affiliation claim alone is not proof of authenticity.
- Confirm the beneficiary’s exact name and account details before a first payment.
- If bank details or payment instructions change, pause and verify them using a previously confirmed telephone number. Do not rely solely on contact details supplied in the message announcing the change.
- Question urgent requests, unexplained changes of recipient, or requests to bypass your usual approval process.

3. Drawings & Product Designs
Our confidentiality requirements cover all customer-provided drawings, CAD models, product designs, technical specifications and confidential project information.
We do not disclose customer product designs, drawings or confidential project details on our website, social media or other public channels. Providing information for a quotation or manufacturing project does not give us permission to publish it.
Please identify any project-specific restrictions before sharing sensitive files so that the handling requirements can be agreed in advance.
4. NDAs & Document Retention
We support non-disclosure agreements and accept customer NDA templates for review and agreement. If an NDA is required before you share drawings, contact us first and wait until the agreement has been finalized before sending the confidential material.
Customer NDA documents are separately archived, encrypted and retained as long-term agreement records. They are not routinely deleted when a quotation or manufacturing project ends.
Manufacturing drawings and related project records may be needed for ongoing production and future reference. Their retention should reflect these manufacturing needs and the agreed confidentiality terms. Any specific return, retention or deletion requirements should be discussed and agreed in writing, including how they relate to the NDA archive.
5. Inquiry Information
Contact details and project information you send us help our team respond to your inquiry, prepare quotations and communicate about your project. Please send only the information needed for that purpose.

7. Report a Concern
If you suspect a copied website, impersonation email or altered payment instruction, stop the transaction and avoid sending further sensitive information.

- Provide the suspicious website address or sender address, a description of the issue and the relevant quotation or order number. Do not send passwords, verification codes or full payment-card details.
- If funds have already been transferred, contact your bank immediately to discuss the available response options.
